When should I order the chair covers?

Although there is no predefined time as to when you should order your chair covers, we recommend you do it as soon as possible. If your event is in peak wedding season (summer time), you may find that the longer you wait the harder it will be to get exactly what you're looking for.

What if I don't know how many chair covers I need?

This is a very common (and good) question. We understand that it's difficult to predict the exact amount of chair covers needed early on. We recommend you use use your best judgment in terms of numbers and give an estimate. Final numbers can be given 2 weeks prior to the event and by that time, you should have more accurate estimate as how many chair covers you need.

How long does it take to put on chair covers?

As mentioned earlier, it takes about 45 minutes for one person to put on 100 chair covers. In terms of difficulty, it's very easy and a few people can get the job done in a very short period of time.

Is there a standard size chair covers that fits all chairs?

Different venues use different chairs. Although we usually don't run into any issues, we do recommend that you speak to your venue to get the hight of the chair as they can range from 30 to 50 inches. You can also call us first as we worked with so many venues in the GTA area, we usually know what size chairs they use.
